Entropy and DRBG for S32K312 HSE

Hi,

I'm evaluating S32K312 HSE for Security.

I could not find any document specifying below details.

Can you please answer below question:

1. Entropy for random numbers: Where can I find the details for compliance test?

    Entropy, Compression, Chi-Square, Mean value, Monte Carlo, Serial correlation

2. DRGB: Is DRBG compliant with NIST SP 800-90A?

following details can be found in the S32K3 Reference Manual:

And in HSE FW Reference Manual:

According to the latest version of NIST SP 800 90B, K3 RNG uses 1024 bits of entropy.

If any compliance test reports are needed, please contact your FAE.
