Endurance cycle for FlexNVM used as Data Flash

Hello Folks,

I am using a S32K144-EVB_Q100 board having maskset N47T CPU. I am configuring it's FlexNVM of 64 KB as Data Flash. Please let me know reliable number of endurance cycles for FlexNVM used as Data Flash.

Hi,

Minimal guaranteed cyclic endurance for D-Flash is 1K,

as you can see in the S32K1xx Data Sheet, Table 22.
