Where is the AUTOSAR OS demo program that can be run on S32K144-Q100 board for S32DS.

AUTOSAR OS is not shared by public, and if you want to use it you need to contact your local representative for more information. To use RTD it is not necessary AUTOSAR OS, you can find examples in which it is implemented how the drivers can be used.

Take a look of Real-Time Drivers (RTD) here you can find the RTD examples for S32K1 and also a getting started guide.
