Hi,

yes, this is possible using PORT_PCRn[DSE] bit.
But note, not all pin control settings mentioned in PORT_PCRn register are configurable for all pins. Refer 'Bits Configurable' field in 'IO Signal Table' tab of IO Signal Description Input Multiplexing sheet(s) attached to the Reference Manual. DSE is available for GPIO-HD pad type only.

How about output current?

Only see high or low.

Some friends of the Mcu chip has value to turn.

Hi,

that is not an option here, current specification is given in the DC electrical specifications sections of the device datasheet.
