Can I use S32K148 connect with normal ethernet phy rather car ethernet phy ?

Can I connect S32K148 with a 100M ethernet phy such as YT8512(RGMI interface) instead of a car Ethernet phy, such as TJA1101 to achieve network communication?

Hi @iysheng,

Yes, if your product does not require to be automotive compliant, a normal ethernet PHY can achieve communication, just take into consideration the ethernet AC specifications from S32K1XX Data Sheet chapter 6.5.6.

The interface must be supported.
