i'm using S32K312 MCU.

what is

I2C Valid Delay(cycles) and I2C setup hold period(cycles) mean

and how it affects BaudRate calculation.

I2C Baudrate (SCL clock period tSCL) is not related to DATAVD (Data Valid Delay) and SETHOLD (Setup Hold Delay):
