BSDL File for S32K142 in LQFP64

Hi,

can someone send me the BSDL file for S32K142 in LQFP64, please?

When using the file for S32K144 (s32k144_lqfp64_993C01D.bsdl) it doesn't work because the BoundaryScan Register description is too long.
