It depends on the temperature and it differs part-to-part from the manufacturing too.
The LPO is trimmed as close to 128KHz as possible in the production.
For example, LPOTRIM can be pre-programmed to 0x1D in the production.
One LPOTRIM step gives about 3kHz difference in the LPO frequency.
Measured default frequency 129kHz (CLKOUT).
Trimmed to 0x1C (one step up) = 132kHz
Trimmed to 0x1E (one step down) = 126kHz
That means that just from the production, the LPO can be 128KHz +- 1.5kHz.

Just to make sure, is the trimming done by the NXP side before shipping?
And one more question, Is it possible for the LPO frequency to fluctuate during operation?
