As for the sensors compatible with S32G274A, this is dependent on what interface the sensor is using and if S32G is compatible with it. S32G is a specialized platform dedicated to communication protocols, having a wide variety of supported protocols.
Related to the ECU data, could be that we are misunderstanding the question, but this is directly related to the application the client needs implemented in the platform. As to the application implemented on the GOLDBOX firmware, we recommend reading through the documentation to understand the behavior of the same.
At this point in time, there is no application note regarding the interconnections between the different boxes that NXP provides, this is a possibility that the customer can implement, but no guidelines are provided by NXP (again, at this point in time).
