The available information on regards of DDR initialization and configuration under the S32G chip should be provided under the S32G2 product page (link: S32G2 Safe and Secure Vehicle Network Processor | NXP Semiconductors). In here, AN12848 [S32G2/R45 DDR Initialization and Calibrations, Rev. 3, 04/2021] should be the application note that provides the required information:
"The purpose of this application note is to present an overview of the DDR initialization and PHY trainings and calibrations using PHY firmware. "
As specific as Tresos usage, we are not seeing any information about it. We do apologize.
