S32 Design Studio installing packages issue

I have just installing software:SW32G2_S32DS_3.4.0_D2012.zip,according to S32G-VNP-RDB2-SW-UG.pdf,but there are some errors occur. the screenshot is as follow.

And my studio version is 3.4

how to deal with it?
