Implementation IEEE 802.1AS (version 2020) using gPTP at S32G

Hi,

I am looking the NXP documentation for the implementation IEEE 802.1AS (version 2020) using gPTP at S32G.

Can someone tell me where is the documentation?

I am wondering how to implement this topic:

1. using current AUTOSAR version, because the current AUTOSAR version only supports IEEE 802.1AS (version 2011)

2. using non AUTOSAR solution.

Hi @janssen135,

Hope you are doing well.

For the implementation of IEEE 802.1AS, there were no separate applications available but you can refer GMAC loopback example and GMAC reference manual for the same.

For enabling the 802.1AS, you need to enable the PTP Timestamp offload feature using the "MAC_PTO_Control" register and then after set the 28th bit of the "MAC_Timestamp_Control" register.
