I have newly received an S32K3X4EVB-Q257 Eval-board and wanted to start sw development.

Do you know where "S32K3xx development package" is available to download?

S32K3 is a preproduction product. S32K3 silicon and enablement (documentation, software, and boards) are available for approved customers.
