This is likely a temporary issue with the website. There are times when the website is not working to perform some updates. I would suggest trying at different times. If this will not work, then the same update packages are available for download and offline installation.
If you are unable to get the online update to work, then let us know the packages you wish to install and we can help you to locate the offline installation packages.
