I can not change the default ldf file (LIN21_Example.ldf) to new ldf file in s32 ds v3.3

you need to find path in my case C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\eclipse\mcu_data\components\s32sdk_s32k1xx_rtm_401\linstack
