I have duplicated a Project on S32K144 device using Copy and Paste of the entire project.

I have already done it many times in the past without problem: I only had to create and set properly the debugger configuration  and everything worked right.

But this time , when I start the debugging session an error message appares saying:

For debugging I use the P&E Multilink Universal with SWD protocol

I have checked everything in the debugger menu and there is no difference in the settings compared to the settings in the original project.

I can start the debugger in the original project without problem .

But in the copy of the project I have to stop due to the error message above.

Does anyone know the reason of this message ?

Or , is there another way to duplicate a project ?

Thank you

Nicola

Hello @nicolapalmieri,

It is difficult to say what is causing this issue. It appears that the issue is regarding the connection to the USB Multilink Device. Since it is connected by way of USB port. You might try to disconnect then reconnect it. Or try a different USB port. Perhaps try to refresh the connection to the device within the PEmicro Debugger settings. Try cycling the power to the EVB. Its possible you still have an active debug session on that device which was not properly terminated and it is blocking access to the device?

Hope it helps,

Mike
