USB Multilink Problem

Hi All,

I got the CSM12D-XDT512 student learning kit, and the AXM-0396 Rev. B Borad. the board comes with the P&E USB Multilink BDM. i also have Codewarrior v4.5.

My problem is that the communication is erratic. for example when i'm debugging the code, after ~10 steps the communication is lost with the board. i tried the jumper on the high speed and full speed with same result.

by the way the board comes with no jumper on the USB speed jumper (J301) !!!!

Hello Fadi,

Try plugging a Powered USB Hub between the PC and the board.

I was having the same problems you were and that worked great for me.
