Unfortunately, we are not able to provide Footprint and CAD model for Eagle.
We typically provide symbol and footprint in OrCAD/Allegro format.
However, there should be several tools how to convert these files for Eagle.
Could you please specify S12ZVM derivative (exact part number or at least Flash size, ZVM/ZVML/ZVMC type and package) for which you symbol and footprint?
