Programming Certification

Hi, I'm developing a software for MC9S12XDT512 Flash-EEprom  programming  and I need to obtain a FreeScale quality certificate but I don't know which is the procedure. Samebody can help me?

Which kind of certificate ? I ask because Quality is at every level.

I work for SPEA (www.spea.net) and I use an ON BORD PROGRAMMER  developed by SPEA and I need a certificate that attest that the component is fine programmed with OUR hardware and software.

Hello and thanks for the details.

This kind of Certificate would have to be obtained from the manufacturer.

Only them know how they implemented Flash programming in their product.

I found a contact at SPEA. They own the Intellectual Property of the module and FSL is not supposed to know what they did.
