Problem with the connection by RS232 (4300 Starter Kit, FlexRay MFR4300 / S12X Evaluation Kit)

Hello everybody,

I currently work on FreeMaster and I use Quick Start Guide of FlexRay MFR4300/S12X Evaluation Kit. The problem, it is that I cannot communicate node 1 with the PC by RS232-0. The port series functions well, it was already tested for another application. I obtain this page (see join page) with question marks in the column of the values.
I do not know how to make to avoid this problem. I need your assistance please.

I forgot to say you that I made the serial connection with a right cable. Could somebody say me if should be used a cross cable or not?
