I am using MM9Z1J638 MCU, but there is a fast chip seems to be debugged by me, under the same environment another development board can enter debugging, but this one can not, how to unlock the chip?（cw 10.7）

Hi @jylpbdl , @cui1 ,

I just ran across this.  I am assuming that you have RESETA and RESET tied together.  Please note that flashing problems can occur when these pins are connected.  A simple solution is to provide a 470nF capacitor at these reset pins to ground.  This should allow you to program.
