I have the license for CodeWarrior for Microcontrollers (RS08HC (S) 08-ColdFire V1) v6.3 (32 bit). I would like an upgrade to be able to work in Windows 10 (64 bit) with MCU from the S12Z family. How can I proceed?

I suggest you to use the latest CW11.1 version which supports S12Z and other MCU families too:
