Please verify which version of the App you are using. 1.2.3 is the latest, older versions may not connect reliably.
yes, I had update the app to the latest version 1.2.3, but the issue is still exist.

Which version of Android are you using ? Are you deleting the old connections ? If you delete the old connections do you still have the issue ?
