I would like to update the openSDA firmware on rapid iot to debug using jlink
Is there any documentation  showing how to upgrade OpenSDA?

Yes, the User Guide documentation detailed how to update open SDA firmware for docking station, Chapter 3.18 is about Mikroelektronica Docking-Staion.

By default, we recommend to use DAP-LINK firmware but it works the same way with any third parties OpenSDA debug-only application like Jlink, MBDED, etc...
