p2020 identified as p2010

Hi，

   We using the chip P2020，but when read System version register（GUTS_SVR），the result is 

0x80EB 0021 for P2010。Why does this happen？

Check that TEST_SEL pin is not pulled down. P2020 requires for pull up with a 4.7 k resistor to OVdd on this pin.
