hello, I want to know if my DDR3L power supplying work well, because the supplying current for Vref is up to 23mA, does anybody know this?
Your question is not so clear.
What is the processor you are using? Where are you measuring the Vref current (exact point in the schematic)?

I am sorry for my carelessness. My processor is P1023,DDR3L is MT41K64M16TW(64M
x 16 ), attched is my schemitic,I supply MVref by external power which I could
see the voltage and current. Thank you!!

Your schematics does no seem to include DDR power supply circuits. However I can see R158-LED15 that is connected MVREF. I am not sure it can affect the suplly/current, but needs to be checked. The P1023 consumes less than 1.1mA on MVREF.
