What is the difference between a T1040RDB-PC and a T1040D4RDB-PA?
Thanks to a previous request, I understand that the D4 means that DDR4 memory is used and that the -Px suffix denotes a version.
WindRiver has told me that they have a BSP for a T1040RDB-PC, but what I find to be currently available is the T1040D4RDB-PA. I'm trying to determine specific differences so I can provide to them to determine if their BSP will work (we're using VxWorks and will use a WindRiver bootloader and BSP). Is there a way to find specific differences between the two boards such as replacement of components with "equivalent" parts?
Thanks for the response. Is there anyway to get any more details? I've been told by WindRiver that sometimes even just a new version (just a difference in the suffix) can cause issues where adjustments to the BSP are needed for new components or what are considered to be extremely minor updates to the board.
Thanks again;
Kevin
