P2020RDB vs P2020DS

What is the difference between P2020RDB and P2020DS other than number of Ethernet ports and memory sizes? Which one is more functional?

RDB board is usually positioned as low-cost, whereas DS board is typically full-featured.

P2020DS board specifications and block diagram shows 3 Ethernet port but I can see only one on the picture? Are there 3 or 1 physical ports on the P2020DS board?
