OTG feature on the LS1046

I try to use the otg feature for USB on the LS1046ARDB, 

What steps are needed to enable the OTG?

USB2: Supports a USB 3.0 micro-AB connector configured in the On-The-Go (OTG) mode.

Refer to the QorIQ LS1046A Reference Design Board Getting Started Guide, Table 6. LS1046ARDB jumpers - it is needed to have J15 open so USB2 will work in On-The-Go (OTG) mode.
