Hi, I use P1010 in my project. On the current evaluation board i have DDR3 1333 MHZ 9-9-9. but for our design we prefer 1066 Mhz 7-7-7 instead.
Will this be okay with this class of processor? Any way the processor seems to support maximum frequency of 800Mhz. Request an emergency reply.

DDR3 1066MHz can operate using clock up to 533 MHz . A DDR3 RAM should operate down to 300 MHz (minimal clock frequency supported by DDR3 internal PLL) . Check the prefered DDR3 data sheet for the minimal supported clock frequency. If it supports 400 MHz then you can use it.
7-7-7-7 or 9-9-9-9 is question to the DDR3 hardware specs, I do not expect that DDR3 1066 noticably faster then DDR3 1333 at same clock of 400MHz.
