[DPAA1] Set TX FQID on PCD distribution queue to bypass CPU?

Hi

I'd like to configure DPAA1 on LS1046A to forward some data traffic between 2 Ethernets without CPU involvement. Is it possible to set TX FQID on PCD distribution queue to bypass CPU? If no, how to set this kind of application on DPAA1? Thanks.
