Setting Processor Expert v.10 for Eclipse 3.7

I wand to set Processor Expert  v.10 in Eclipse 3.7 (Indigo), but could not find requied plug-in com.freescale.eclipse3.7.pexdrv10_0.updatesite.zip.

Where this file can be found?

I can not find the other required file actually: com.freescale.eclipse3.7.updater.custom.updatesite.zip
