Assembler for MC68376BG TPU

I know this part is obsolete, but wherevis the assembler for the tpu, not the main CPU itself ? Is it possible to download it ? What is the assembler syntaxe ?<<thanks

I check NXP.com website and could not find any MC68376 TPU related code. That's a really old product and sorry for that.
