Not sure what you're asking - are you asking how you identify them in Linux?
The UCC's are defined in the QEIWRM manual. They're in the address map, and you should be able to find them in the address map in U-boot, for example. If you're asking where they are accessed in Linux drivers I'd have to look through the source.
