Please see below technical support comment:
On our MPC8548-based CDS board we use heatsink with fan similar to ATS-57000-C1-R0 (digikey ATS1357-ND).
Actually, when I open digikey site "Thermal - Heat Sinks" seach page and select "Push Pin" as attachment method, I see only one heatsink w/fan - ATS-57000-C1-R0.
Thank you for the input. This one looks huge for the processor, and it has a clip to be installed on the other side of the board, which may affect the placement of components in that area (such as capacitors)... I had been looking for models that can be installed to the board directly, something like aavid
10-6327-01G - heatsinks for BGA Devices
I see some boards have this kind of heat sinks w/ fans installed, but can't find a good one.
After consult with out thermal expert, technical support has the comment:
Our expert suggests looking the following two devices, but unfortunately these devices are not available at digikey, as far as I can see.
Power budget MPC8548E @ 1333/533MHz : 10.8W core + 2.5W IO = 13.3W
http://www.enzotechnology.com/performance/slf_1.pdf
Rth=1.9'C/W
die temperature rise = 13.3W * (0.8 + 1.9) = 36'C Maximum ambient (in case air) temperature = 105'C-36'C = 69'C

Rth~1.0'C/W with typical dimetr 40mm, 6CFM fan die temperature rise = 13.3W * (0.8 + 1.0) = 24'C Maximum ambient (in case air) temperature = 105'C-24'C = 80'C
