P3041 PCIExpress read/write problem.

Hello.

I  have problem with read/write memory of device wich is on PCIE bus. I have bases addresses BAR0 = 0xFFC00000, BAR2 = 0xE0000000, and  bits settings of register Command/Status (MemorySpaceEnable and I/OSpaceEnable). Inbound window set on CCSR (by default). When reading phys addresses BAR0(0xFFC00000) garbage returns. When reading write data overrides read only registers. How i can config PCIE Bus correclty?

Is this device P3041?

If "yes" please provide:

1) complete PCI configuration header of the device.

2) binary image of the RCW being used
