Description :Recent,I recieved the case about AFT21S230SR3. After FSL analysis confirmed, they both have gross damage from an EOS event. For the result, customer advise me for the safety EOS range.
For the part, whether is there the safety EOS range? And what is the safety EOS range?

We do not have a fixed safe operation graph for our RF devices. Rather, we have a set on max ratings that can never be exceeded.
From the dada sheet, page 2, table 1, here is the list of max ratings for that part.

The junction temperate is calculated using the thermal resistance rating of the part, the operating condition and the flange temperature, which is controlled by the customer.
