how to set up Nondisclosure Agreement

I have received an email from the NXP as below:

Dear customer,

Thanks for your interest in NXP Docstore.

For a successful registration a Nondisclosure Agreement – NDA -  between your company and NXP is required: please provide this if available or contact your local NXP support team for setting one up.
