eTPU User’s Manual

I read the Reference Manual of MPC5553_MPC5554 (MPC5553_MPC5554_RM.pdr). In section 18.5 Functional Description, it's said that users need to refer to "eTPU User’s Manual" for information regarding the functional description of eTPU.

I can't find the file "eTPU User’s Manual" in Freescale website.

Please help me to download this file.
