What is the gold thickness of PN MPXM2202A terminal/lead?

Is the plating on the leads a part of the Copper Lead Frame section of materials?

The reasoning behind this request is for gold embrittlement concerns if the parts do not have the gold plating removed.

Hello Matthew,

Following your inquiry, I just received a response internally.

The MPXM2202A uses a pre-plated Lead Frame. The pre-plating material is NiPdAu (Nickel, Palladium, Gold), which substances are listed under the Copper Lead Frame material in the material declaration.
