Our requirement is that the device must be powered OFF completely when the ambient temperature exceeds 125 degrees and automatically turned back ON when it drops below 120 degrees. Is there any feature available in VR5510.

Hi Ajnas,
The VR5510 does not have such a feature. There are available various overcurrent detections and thermal shutdowns at 155°C min. for LDOs and BUCKs.
