The wet current of CD1020 exceeds the specification.Can it be used normally?

The maximum wet current configuerd for the CD1020 IO port is 16mA according to the specifications.

If the customer's switching current exceeds 16mA,the steady-state current is 20mA,and the impulse current is 50mA, does this situation cause IO corruption for CD1020?
