I have a twisted pair on the screen.
I want to use the screen like earth.

Can I use the ALT4532P to transmit 48V? How do I connect the ALT4532P to the TJA1100?

TJA1100 maximum support battery voltage to 36V,I don't know clearly about your purpose of  apply ALT4532P,do you need a voltage level  transitionfrom 48V to below 36V?

I do not understand why this should be a problem because I do not supply power to the TJA1100 directly

It seems to me that some parts are not needed if I use the ALT4532P
