TDF8555J No ACK was returned

Hi,

I have write in  TDF8555j by I2C,but TDF8555j no ack was returned. SDA is showed a high level.

test condition: VP=14V, GND, STB=5V, MCU=5V, SCL  and SDA connect to mcu.   SCLand SDA

pull-up resistor   4.7k. 

when I write address code 0XD8 and releasing SDA, No ack return,SDA is show hign.

excuse me, is it reason for my hardware condition or software condition?

Unfortunately this part had EOL and no recommend to design  in new project.
