SL3S1205FUD/HA wafer map

We purchased a UCODE 8 wafer over three years ago and have been hand picking dies for prototyping. Now we want to run the wafer on a machine but cannot access the wafer map through the WMT map server. How can we get the map if the distributor doesn't have it and NXP won't help?
