SJA1105Q short two pins/ Config via JTAG

Hello：

    Are there any risk to short the SPI input and the RX_DV of port0 ? I have a mistake of HW design so I have to short the two pins.

     I have tried once but the transmission of other ports does not work. So I break the connection. 

     By the way , can we config the SJA1105Q via Jtag interface? Then I will not need to take a risk to short two pins above.

sorry it is the TX_EN of port0 but not RX_DV!

Unfortunately you can't short SPI port to others pin and Jtag can't be used in SJA1105 which is not the MCU or processor.
