What are these two fields in the MAC configuration table refers to what values is to be inserted is it related to PTP if yes then what is the role of implementing PTP here, do we need to additionally do the configuration for PTP

These parameters refer to correctionField of the PTP frame. Details
can be found in Section 13.3.2.7 of IEEE 1588-2008. The parameters
are to be calculated by the implementation of PTP Transparent Clock
running on the host processor controlling the switch. Initialization
is required if the switch participates in a PTP network.
