Regarding your issue, I would like to know which s32 design studio you are using for? And also, may you tell me more specifically when is that ECC error happening to you and how often, please?

S32 design studio version is at the top of the picture. I only have one chip that has this problem. Power off during writing flash and then power on again, S9KEAZN64AMLC sometimes got ECC error when erasing flash.
