PF8200 no power output

Hi.

I am testing using PF8200, but all SW and LDO power are not output.

The circuit was configured as attached, and it was confirmed that the OTP was normally fusing. (OPT fusing and verification using KITPF8200FRDMPGM)

Please let me know how to get the output.

Could you please review the PMIC core supplies?

I noticed that VDDIO is not supplied for example.
