PCA8575 Residual Voltage on IO After VCC loss of Power

Hello, we currently have a scenario where our PCA8575 IO expander when it loses 3.3V power (due to the normal power off process), will have two IO pins, specifically pin 13 and pin 20 will be exposed to a separate 3.3V on the order of 100 ms. Is this permissible? Could we expect future damage or degradation in the future?

Do  pin 13 and pin 20  have decouple capacitors?
